It looks like Daniel is the CEO, Eldad is the COO & CFO, and Roy is the Co-Founder and CTO at Glasses USA. Glasses USA also appears to be a part of Optimax Eyewear which is a vertically integrated company consisting of two other entities: OTTICA and United Vision Plan. Optimax Eyewear is a part of the Viola Group and also Tene Investment Funds. 

It’s also important to note that Glasses USA has a direct affiliation with global eyewear powerhouse, Luxottica Group. This is why they have the ability to sell legitimate luxury eyewear brands.

Is Glasses USA Legit?

Simply based on the research we’ve done on the company I would assume Glasses USA is definitely legit. However, I wanted to test their products out for myself to make sure. My eyesight is actually hanging in there right now (knock on wood) so I don’t have a prescription but I did go through the online ordering process and ordered some sunglasses. Hopefully in the future one of our other editors can add some more color about the prescription glasses and ordering process for that.

Online Ordering Experience at Glasses USA

When looking at an online ordering experience for eyewear I think the below categories are the most important aspects. 

Website Navigation

Overall, the website navigation at Glasses USA is pretty clean. The main menu on the desktop version features the main categories that you’d be looking for with eyeglasses, sunglasses, contacts, brands, and sale. It also has a nice search function to make things easy. I went to the Men’s Sunglasses page and the navigation was very simple from there for me to find what I was looking for.

Prescription Process

Sorry fellas, unfortunately I wasn’t able to give this part a true review but I promise I’ll get one of the guys to fill this part in soon.

Checkout Process

No major issues on the checkout process. It’s pretty easy to apply a coupon code and they offer standard checkout for payment or you can use PayPal or Amazon Pay which is very convenient. I did the standard process, entered my shipping address, selected standard free shipping, and then finally added my credit card information to place my order. It was pretty straightforward and simple. My only complaint was for some reason when I was trying to remove sunglasses from my cart at one point the site was acting a little finicky but I’m assuming that could have been a browser issue on my end or something that they’ll fix.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery was smooth and seamless. I received my package 7 days after ordered as it was listed on the site for free shipping. I ordered 6 pairs of sunglasses which came in a medium sized cardboard box. Each pair was in a case and in their own separate box. There was no damage or issues.

Customer Service

I didn’t have to deal with customer service so for that reason they get a thumbs up from me in that department.

Ray-Ban RB2132 New Wayfarer Review

I’m a huge fan of the Wayfarer style of sunglasses. The Wayfarer style is an absolute classic that goes well with almost any outfit. I went with the Medium size Brown/Tortoise shell pair. I chose this particular pair because the colorway is fairly unique but not too flashy. You can feel the quality of this pair with both the frames and lenses. My only suggestion would be to make sure you have the right size for your face. The lenses on the Medium size were a bit smaller than I was expecting. I’m probably better suited for a size Large.

Ray-Ban RB3025 Aviator Review

Next up on the list is the Ray-Ban Aviators. Behind the Wayfarers, I think Aviator sunglasses are one of the most iconic and classic styles. I chose the Gunmetal color in size Medium once again. These are a super comfortable pair, you can barely feel the frames. The lenses are great but aren’t totally mirrored so keep that in mind if you want a mirrored look. Again here, I think I went a little small for my face so I’d recommend measuring first. But they do offer free shipping and returns so worst case scenario just swap them out.

Oakley OO9406 Sutro Review

I’ve been seeing this style everywhere and had to try them out for the boys. These are definitely on the flashier side but they’re pretty badass. Not a pair I would wear everyday but you’ll definitely catch me rocking these for softball games this summer. I like that the wide lenses give you full coverage which will be great to make sure I can see line drives coming at me without any glare. Again, I was impressed with the quality and can tell these are legit by the way the frames snap in and out when opening and closing them. If you are an athlete check this pair out.

Costa Del Mar Reefton Review

All my fishermen out there know that Costa is the way to go when you’re out on the water! The Reeftons are an elite pair of sunglasses for fishing or water activities. They have a nice full wrap around even more so than the Oakley Sutros. They also offer a fully mirrored look. I can’t wait to take these for a spin out on the boat this summer!

Ray-Ban RB3916 Clubmaster Square Review

Clubmaster seems to be trending as the most popular style of sunglasses for men these days so I had to scoop up a pair of the original Ray-Ban Clubmasters. I chose the square style vs. the rounded style as round styles typically don’t work well for me. I also like to stay on trend while being slightly unique and I think the square style Clubmaster sunglasses do just that.
